We generally just need a location, time, and rundown of the night. We’ll handle everything else. It’s a good idea to put us in touch with the AV company if you have one, so we can get an audio feed from the lectern to record speeches.

We capture both cinematic b-roll and authentic speeches and interviews. Filming key moments like winners and guest speakers helps us tell the full story of your event and how it felt. Those real words and reactions often become the most powerful parts of your final highlight video. We can also film testimonials or winner interviews.

For events or awards highlights videos, we know you need to get the video to the audience as soon as possible, while it's still fresh in their minds. Most videos are completed within 1 week after the shoot date. If required, we can usually complete the video within 48 hours, but this must be discussed beforehand. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.

Most event videos are $1500-$2300+GST. This is based on 4-8 hours of event coverage and includes editing..

We find that event videos of 1-2 minutes perform the best and allow for the night to be captured properly. We use the best content at the start in order to keep our audience engaged. We can also create shorter edits of the videos in vertical format, highlighting various aspects of the night.

Absolutely. Alongside your main video, we can create short, vertical edits optimised for platforms like Instagram, TikTok Tok and Facebook. These clips capture the most engaging moments from your video shoot, helping you reach a wider audience and maximise your content’s impact.

If you’re not sure of the kind of video you need, we usually want to have a casual chat first to work out what your goals are. We like to say we ‘start from the end and work it backwards’. We want to know what your goals are first. Once we know your goals, we will give you a few options on the kind of video that will help you get there.

Our quoting mostly relies on how much time it will take to produce your videos and what crew we need. If you already have a brief, it probably has most of the information we need to provide an accurate quote. If you don’t have a brief, we need to know the amount of days or half days it will take to shoot, who will be on camera, is there already a script to work off, how many locations are we shooting in and where they are, references of previous videos you like, how long the video needs to be and how many cut downs. This is all something we can discuss in the discovery call and advise on where necessary.
